Common questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a reset link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or email us.

How do timestamps work?

Comments on Pause are tied to a specific moment in an episode or film. When you browse a show, you'll only see comments anchored at or before the timestamp you've reached, so no spoilers from viewers ahead of you.

How do I report a user or comment?

Tap and hold on any comment or open any user's profile and use the report option. Our team reviews reports and takes action when content breaks our community guidelines.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account or specific data directly in the app under Settings. You can also use the links below.
